Terms and Conditions – 288w Platform Rules and Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 288w ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the 288w website, mobile site and any dedicated app available through the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet on any sport including cricket or PSL, or accessing the live casino or bingo sections, you accept these Terms in their entirety. You also accept that 288w may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, which form part of the overall agreement between you and 288w.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 288w you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 288w is strictly an adults-only platform. Any account found to be registered by or used by a minor will be immediately closed and all funds will be handled in accordance with our verification procedures.
• You must be using the platform voluntarily and on your own behalf. Registering or betting on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or associate of 288w or any of its technology, payment or service partners.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended or self-excluded 288w account unless you have gone through the formal reactivation process.
• You confirm that using this platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable to your personal circumstances.

3. Your Account

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 288w. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same name, same mobile number, same payment details or the same device — are not permitted and will result in all accounts being closed and balances reviewed.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 288w will never ask for your full password by email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately.

Account information you provide at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. This includes your name, mobile number and payment details. Providing false information is grounds for account closure.

• One account per person — no exceptions.
• Your account balance is denominated in PKR at all times.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity charge of PKR 200 after a notification period, unless the account balance is zero.
• You can close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned via your registered payment method after identity confirmation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 288w are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit/credit cards. Available methods may vary and will be confirmed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are typically credited to your 288w account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation from your chosen payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your payment reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Once approved, funds are typically received within the processing time of your chosen payment channel.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of transaction within your account.
• 288w does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 288w reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted — see Section 6.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 288w are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market and event. These rules are displayed on the platform before you confirm any bet. By confirming a bet you accept the applicable rules for that market.

288w offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, PSL, football, tennis, basketball, esports and more. The following general rules apply across all sports betting markets:

• Bets are confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the bet appears in your bet history. A displayed price is not a commitment from 288w until the bet is formally accepted.
• 288w reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price (palpable error) regardless of whether it has already been settled. You will be notified and the stake returned.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. The specific treatment depends on the sport and how far the event progressed — full rules are available in the Sports section of the platform.
• For cricket specifically, markets settled on completed innings or completed overs will generally stand even if the overall match is not completed. Ball-by-ball live markets are settled on each delivery and are final once settled.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are set at the platform level and may vary by sport, market type and event. Limits are displayed before you confirm your bet.
• 288w does not accept bets placed by automated systems, bots or any software other than a standard web browser or the official 288w app.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

288w offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 288w determines eligibility at its discretion and may exclude certain accounts from specific offers.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly before you claim it.
• Bonus funds and real money funds in your account are used in a defined order. This order is displayed in your account and varies by promotion type.
• Only bets placed on eligible markets count towards meeting wagering requirements. For example, certain low-margin markets or live casino side bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

• 288w reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Casino and Bingo Rules

The 288w Casino section includes live dealer games, slots and table games. The Bingo section runs scheduled sessions across multiple rooms. The following rules apply to all casino and bingo activity on the platform:

• All casino and bingo games use certified random number generation (RNG) or real-dealer live studio streams. Game outcomes are determined independently of 288w.
• In the event of a technical fault — including a disconnection during a live casino game — the round will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the server. If no valid game state exists, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are indicative and may change between the time you see them and the time you spin. The settled jackpot is the amount confirmed at the moment of the winning event on the server.
• Bingo game outcomes are based on the numbers drawn during each session. Cards purchased for a session cannot be refunded once the session begins.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each casino game are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Using any software or tool to automate gameplay in slots, table games or live casino is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

8. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 288w. Any account found to be involved in prohibited activity will be suspended immediately, the relevant balance held pending investigation, and the matter reported where required:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using another person's details.
• Using another person's payment method, mobile wallet or bank account without their explicit authorisation.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or collusion related to events on which you have placed bets on 288w.
• Using insider information not available to the general public to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing errors or system glitches in a deliberate and systematic way.
• Using bots, scripts, automated bet placement tools or any software that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Laundering money through the platform by making deposits with no genuine intention to use the funds for betting or gaming.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing any member of the 288w support or operations team.

9. Privacy and Data

288w collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform you consent to that processing. In summary:

• Your personal information is collected to operate your account, process PKR transactions via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer, verify your identity and provide customer support.
• Your data is not sold to third-party advertisers.
• Payment data is handled securely through the relevant payment provider's systems and is not stored in full on 288w servers.
• 288w may be required to share certain information with payment processors or regulatory bodies as required by applicable rules.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you. Submit such requests to our support team.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Account Closure and Termination

Either you or 288w may close an account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary closure by you: Contact the support team and request account closure. Any positive PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity confirmation. Outstanding bonus balances not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Closure by 288w: We may suspend or permanently close an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached, if fraud or prohibited activity is suspected, or if required to do so. We will notify you where permitted and return any legitimate balance after completing our review.
• Self-exclusion: If you request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons, your account will be closed for the period you specify. Re-opening a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends will not be actioned without a mandatory cooling-off period.

12. Changes to These Terms

288w may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of 288w after the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account as described in Section 11.
